Christi's Unique Program

Christi Nordby has created a unique program that combines Pilates with additional exercises using Bodyblade®, dance barre, chair, and light weight interval training. Core Pilates is not like typical strength training. Core Pilates engages the entire body as a whole working system. Strength, tone, and endurance come from a series of more than 500 possible exercises.
